This is a must for every child in the school from Grade 3 to Grade 7. Our focus is not so much on winning but developing self-discipline and pushing personal boundaries.

Athletics and Cross Country takes place in the first term of the year and culminates in the Inter-House Cross Country and the Inter-House Athletics meetings. Thereafter the more talented children will represent the school in Inter-School competitions.
